Your pass

🖨️ You have to print your VivaTech badge to enter - it’s available in your personal account on the VivaTech website.

Here are the steps to generate your pass following your purchase/invitation:

  1. 📧 Click on your purchase confirmation email, pass allocation email, or registration confirmation email (depending on your case)
  2. 📝 Click on the button in the received email to finalize your registration by filling in your personal information.
  3. 🔒 After your registration, you will be able to access your personal account. Go to the "My Pass" module to download your pass (module available in early May).

🪪 Security will also check your ID when you arrive, so make sure it’s on you.

On Site Info

⚠️ Watch your belongings VivaTech welcomes tens of thousands of visitors over four days, and while event security does its best, theft can happen in busy environments like Hall 7. Keep an eye on your laptop, phone, and bag at all times, and never leave them unattended at your stand or on a table. A few seconds of inattention is all it takes.

🛜 Wifi Free WiFi is available throughout the venue. To keep it running smoothly for everyone, please avoid using your phone as a personal hotspot, mobile tethering overloads the network and degrades the connection. When in doubt, use the event WiFi.

⛲ Water Free water fountains are available throughout the venue. Check the event map to find the nearest one.

Coming to France

You can check if you need a visa to come to France using the visa assistant here.

To support your visa application process, you can get an invitation letter from VivaTech

  1. After purchasing your VivaTech pass, you will receive an email to **create your personal account**.
  2. By clicking on the button in the email, you will be prompted to finalize your registration by filling in your personal information. You will then access your personal account.
  3. Click on the "Visa Letter Request" module, then on the invitation letter request button.
  4. Fill in the information that will appear on your invitation letter and click "Save".
  5. You will receive your invitation letter by email!

You've already generated your invitation letter and need to modify information? To obtain an updated version of your invitation letter, simply re-download it from the original email you received. Your changes will be automatically applied.

✈️ Additional tips for international travelers flying in You can receive up to 10% discount on a wide range of public airfares on Air France, KLM and code-shared flights - use event ID Code (60610AF) during check-out, valid on flights between June 8 and June 29!
